  3. Hi Bob,

When you have companies and products with weird names, you can be sure that the bubble is alive and kicks.

As for Android, i think they wanted to say that this product will be something out of space, a non earthy thing.

  9. doesn’t that just amaze you?

it’s easy enough to push 3 or 4 buttons at once if you have a big finger or, 2 or 3 buttons if you just have a medium finger and are on a bumpy road! what about all the poor people you see on Tv stuck in some tragedy? night time driving or some emergency call you have to make while your all stressed out accidently drive off the road in a tornado and your wife and kids are all panicked and screaming in your ears and you can’t hardly see very good to start with because you have mud and debree in your eyes…a bigger button could definately come in handy for a lot of people… not only the old.

do you think they just dial 911 and get it right the first time or, how many times do you think they have to dial before they press the right buttons?

  11. You are so right, Bob.
I think the big companies are in a race – who’s going to create the sexiest slimmest phone, and we pay for stuffing more technology on button size expense.
I think that touch screens is the solution, iPhone presents very comfortable interface (though the virtual keyboard is hard to use for people with big fingers).

  13. maybe touch screen is the solution… or eliminate the buttons and make them all voice commands. (or a power failure?) lol

I remember when the first cell phones came out and you could hold them and they had some weight. you could even clunk somebody over the head if you had to!.

  15. Yeah…lol, I remember those bulky units, we used to call them “contractor’s phones” because they were extremely expensive and the only people who used them back at that time.
