Looks like GPS navigation giant, Mio is making its first steps at the overcrowded netbooks market with the new 8.9-inch N890, which packs Intel’s Atom N270 processor, along with a 3.5G module, integrated GPS system, Mio navigation software, an accelerometer for landscape mode (on a netbook?) and a revolutionary MagSafe power connector – all to be available in Q3 of this year for an undetermined price. Stay tuned for even more details to show up.
Well…well…well…What do we have in here? Apparently, Asus is finally having its own 11.6-inch netbook edition, also known as the Eee PC 1101HA – Not to be confused with the Mini 1101 version from HP. And while first day of the show is about to start tomorrow, looks like the guys at Engadget China “suspiciously” managed to spot a booth with this fency jewl, which presumably packs a battery that is claimed to deliver up to 11 hours of work, together with Intel’s Atom Z520 / Z530 processors, 1GB of RAM, 160GB hard drive, multi-card reader, three USB2.0 sockets and impressive screen resolution, exceeding the usual numbers and standing at 1,366 x 768. Design wise, the new 1101HA Eee PC netbook clearly fits the Seashell lineup, but we’ll probably be smarter tomorrow morning, so stay tuned for more details to come.
Update1: And as we speak, Asus already released the Eee PC 1101HGO, which is pretty much the same as the 1101HA version, only with a 3G built in. Check out the image after the break.
Update2: Asus has finally got official with the 11.6-inch Eee PC 1101HA netbook, in Europe, with prices start at 399 ($555) and “end of June” scheduled shipment. Stay tuned for more details to come.

Update4: Apparently, Asus Eee PC 1101HA netbook is finally up for sale in the US, with all the good specs, listed above, priced at $429.99 and available in NewEgg and BuyDig.
MSI to officially launch its latest colorful U123 netbook series, including three different models to represent this lineup, starting with the very basic U123 version, which packs a 10.2-inch display, together with a 1.66GHz Atom N280 CPU, 1GB of RAM and some other usual specs. Heading forward to the second version, the U123H, which comes with a 3.5G (HSDPA) WWAN module add-on, and finally the third one, the U123T that houses an integrated TV tuner, but doesn’t support 3.5G capabilities like previous device. Still no word on price or availability, but be sure we’ll bring them to you the moment they go on public.
Update1: Looks like the Wind U123 series is officially available for pre-order in some US retailers (AKA: Amazon, Newegg, J&R), offered either in Blue or Red flavors, with prices starting from $350 and up to $380.
