Hannspree Tablet Roadmap Unveiled

Hannspree wasn’t getting a lot of attention lately, but things could start changing this season with a whole new line of dazzling Android tablets, ready to roll out across Europe. First in that group is the SN10T1 model that recently gone on sale in Italy for €399 with a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor on board, while the other two, the SN10T2 which boasts 8GB of storage and runs for €299, and the Honeycomb-powered SN10T3 that is claimed to have higher resolution and 16GB of storage, will probably go live sometime between the second and third quarters of this year. Any buyers on the horizon?

LuvPad AD100 Android 2.2 Tablet To Be launched in Japan

Another day, another Android tablet render. This one coming straight from Japanese company Mouse Computer that is offering to its local customers a 10.1-inch (1,024 x 600) Android 2.2 tablet with an integrated NVIDIA Tegra 2 chip for improved graphics handling and 512MB of internal memory, expandable via a microSD slot. WiFi support is also included in this ¥48,250 (about $575) package, as delivery time is probably going to be relatively short.

Hannspree Rolls Out a 10.1-Inch Android 2.2 Tablet With Tegra 2 Chipset

Hannspree is no stranger for us at this website, but frankly it’s not as popular as other established companies you may well know. Nevertheless, you might still find it interesting, especially with that new 10.1-inch multi-touch tablet which the company has recently shown. Basically, for the €399 (about $505) that Hannspree is asking for, you’ll buy yourself a nice and lavish Android 2.2 device, packing a 1,024 x 600 capacitive display with 16GB of internal storage, WiFi, Bluetooth, a built-in accelerometer, HDMI output and one USB host. The 3,500mAh battery is said to deliver up to 8 hours of high-def video playback when this thing comes out somewhere around the end of this year, we’re told.

Hannspree's Atom HANNSnote Netbook To Be Launched In Spain

Think there are enough netbook brands in the market? Maybe you should think twice, as more newcomers are making their way out, featuring the same specs we’re all familiar with. One of those names is Taiwanese company Hannspree that recently announced a 10-inch netbook for the Spanish market, packing 1024 x 600 resolution LCD, Atom N270 processor, 1GB of RAM, Intel GMA950 graphics card, and a 160GB hard drive. In addition, the new HANNSnote netbook will carry WiFi, Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel camera and three USB 2.0 ports – to be available somewhere this year, either in black or white flavors, with a price tag ranged between $400-$530.

Update: Looks like Hannspree’s netbooks are finally available Stateside with the same usual specs we’ve already mentioned above and either black or white hues, that will set you back for $380, which isn;t that cheap nowadays.
