Samsung has just taken the wraps off its next 10.1-inch Atom N550 netbook. The 2.87 pounds unit, also known as the NF310, will reportedly feature Intel’s dual-core processor, along with a nine hours battery, and a Windows 7 Starter platform for the preloaded OS. And while you do get hopes by noticing the screen resolution is at 1366 x 768 and that the GMA 3150 graphics is much stronger than its predecessors, the rest of the specs, which apparently include an 802.11b/g/n WiFi connection, 1GB of DDR3 RAM, and 250GB of storage, will no doubt bring you right back down to earth when this $399 lappy goes live, somewhere this coming fall.
