We already know that future iPod Touch devices, powered by a two-megapixel camera, are planned to come out later this summer – that’s not a secret anymore – a few of them, marked as “design verification test” versions have previously appeared on eBay auctions, one month before. But given the fact those random prototype photos were too misty and blurry to convince, a concrete evidence, the kind that would eventually make us believe this rumor is real rather than a hoax, was desperately needed. Luckily, the good Vietnamese guys from Tinhte (same guys that got exclusive footage of Apple’s iPhone 4G), somehow miraculously managed to get their hands on Cupertino’s presumable third-gen player, and were kind enough to fill us in with some of the details, suggesting it would pack up to 64GB of flash storage, paired with that rear 2mp camera, placed right next to an illuminated sensor backside. Regretfully we are unable to officially confirm any of these images at this stage, however, you gotta admit – they look real, especially in that tangible video, right after the break.

It’s been a while since we’ve last heard anything new from good ol’ iPod Touch player, but if we are willing to take these two eBay photos (recently popped in the wild for a second) seriously, then Apple’s future alleged audio lineup – expected to be announced this summer – is likely to include rear facing cameras – about time, isn’t it? Apparently, there seem to be two different versions of Cupertino’s next-gen players, both marked with this “DVT” caption which presumably stands for “design verification test”, an Apple production milestone. And while both devices are said to house 32GB of storage each, the “DVT-1” model hints for that back top camera, at the time where that “DVT-2” boasts an “Apple Development Team” label, stamped behind. Other than that, they both wear that same chrome-case cover we’ve already seen on previous generations, only this time adorned with that shiny rounded camera, that somehow keeps resurfacing on Apple’s leaked images time and time again – which might indicate the authenticity of the data contained in it, but we’re just speculating here. - eBay – cool application that lets you use the service from your iPhone device, search items, watch favorite stuff, place a bid and follow auctions, all for free.
- Loopt – a nice location-based application that lets you discover whos hanging within your location range (dont try to hide with this service ON).
- TypePad – one of the most popular blogging services, now available from your iPhone, allowing users to upload real time photos, straight from their handset, directly to their blogs.
- Associated Press – another free application, allowing users to upload their media stuff to AP service and contribute to the content.
- Band – a cool feature, developed by an independent insurance developer, allowing users to create their own music and play it from their own iPhone device, with the ability to choose from a various of instruments.
- MLB.com – a nice application, designated for baseball fans, allowing them to receive real time results and watch highlighted moments.

We already mentioned that Asus Eee PC is a huge success, as we read that the Taiwanese manufacturer is shipping 20,000 units of the mini device every month. Now we hear about this cool new modification that turns the Eee PC 7″ display into a really magnificent touch screen. If you happened to have one of those Asus miniatures, all you have to do is order from eBay (or else) a 60$ car touchscreen, install it on your Asus Eee, and VOILA. The touch works great, with fingers or attached stylus, specially if running with XP OS.

Update: Asus has shipped 350,000 Asus Eee PCs in one quarter, exceeding the companys estimations.
